Well I am also frustrated with the services of purplle.com. I had placed an order on 11.0614 for 2 items but only one item has been delivered so far till 27th June 14. Despite protracted followup, there is no response from the website for either refunding money or delivering product. How can I initiate legal action against the owners of the website.
