For the movie Viruman, I tried booking ticket on 12/08/2022 for the date 15/08/2022 at 3:05 PM show on the PVR S2 Thyagaraja theatre for 5 tickets in PVR cinemas portal using the HDFC Netbanking process twice. Both the time the amount got deducted but the tickets didn’t get booked. I waited for 3 days for the amount to be credited but it didn’t happen. Can you please check and provide refund.
