In PVR cinemas silver arc mall ludhiana i booked two gold class tickets for the movie tiger zinda hai. The seats of the hall were very dirty, popcorn on every corner of seat, foul smell was also coming from seats, I asked them to clean the sittings, but they did not cleaned properly and said it can not be cleaned anymore. Please look onto the matter and put some stress on them about cleaning.
