Hi, I have booked 2 movie tickets of movie ‘Manam’ for 10:30 AM show on 29th may with booking id :HYDB0004587533. But the movie got cancelled because of Telangana Bandh but my money is not yet refunded. Even PVR people not yet informed me about the cancellation of show. I went to theater by travelling 25km from my location. All the time and money was wasted. More over it was my first marriage anniversary. So because of these PVR guys, I lost all my money ,time and energy.

I went to PVR Cinemas which is there in Panjagutt, Hyderabad two weeks back and talked to one of their representative about this. They told they are working on it but till now it is not yet refunded.

So can you please help me getting my money back and do some justice for me.
