Sir i ordered 2 backpacks from Pynkvilla on 31st of December by making online payment through my debit card. Normal time was 8-12 days for delivery. After that i had mailed them and also whatsapp on their number given on customer support services. Now they haven’t responded to a single query and they have blocked me from all the sources. Please do the needful. I would be obliged
