QI spine clinic in Noida sector 18
This email is in regards to the feedbacks and complaint that I have made with QI spine relevant CCM department and it’s been 3 weeks no reply to my email. The complaint is about the negligence in my treat .The patient relationship spocs Avinash Fernandes and his colleague in regards to my treatment in QI clinic Noida sector 18 . I have not been treated as per what I was assured of in my consultation and was just treated as a ginny pig on hit and trial basis , I came to QI spine with full faith that I will be cured of my Slip Disc and Siartica pain problem and I was assured during my consultation that I will get 100% cured and was offered a package of 2100 rupees that I paid upfront as I wanted to be cured . I have been facing issues from day 1 of my treatment firstly with slots then not getting my slot booking messages , then Doctor being swapped and I had to explain each time to which leg and side is impacted of my body , travelling one way to the clinic for 45 mins then having to wait till the room was free , as the clinic was just had 3 rooms with cell repair machine . Then the orthopaedic appoint chase that I had to do which was delay , then the escalation appoint delay as the doctor weren’t available or not available as per my requested time , delay delay and during the wait for above consultation I was being given to do muscles stretching and exercises that should have been . I was asked to pay more 9000 for extended sessions which was not my fault as the delay in orthopaedic consultation and escalation appointment was from QI spine and then asking me to pay for extended sessions . I asked for complaint and explained my situation and pain I had gone through with Doctor Gul but it was in vain . Even after complaining no one followed up on my complaint from the clinic nor did anyone check on my health be my doctor or the orthopaedic or the education doctor. As if I did not exist . I was just being told that I will again have to be examined I booked in QI spine for treatment in August and it’s October and November Now with no improvement my state is deterorated. I want you to listen to all my calls made to CCM , my doctor chat exchange and I want you to investigate my case and refund my money . If I do not get my money back I would take this up with the court of law and SUE QI spine for negligence against a patient and making me handicapped as your negligence has caused me mental imbalance and worsen my case . Listen to all my calls and messages and verify my side of the complaint. I need refund of my money paid and I rest my case .
