I had ordered Sofa Set on 3rd September. After Seller accepted my offer I paid the amount to Quikr online via Credit Card. On 5th I got a call, SMS and mail from Quikr stating Seller has refused to sell the item and we are starting refund of your amount back to your account. It will take 4-7 Business days. Till date I do not have any other communication from them. I waiting for my refund. I called them on 19th September and they apologized and said refund was initiated on 15th September and funds will be credited to my account max by 22nd September which is 7th day from 15th. Till date no refund done. They even said, I will get a confirmation and I still do not have any confirmation from them. Please help and also suggest what are the other platforms to raise complain so that they should not play this with others.
