This mail is regarding the ad ID 299790497. I ordered a laptop form one of your premium buyer on 4th of Dec 2017. It Got delivered today i.e 11/12/2017..

When I opened the product from package, i found various internal and external damages in the product. When I called quicker customer service i was told that they cant help me know you have to talk to seller. I called Seller and he in return told that he handed over the product to quicker person in working condition and the pickup person also checked everything in front of him and told to pack the product in their warehouse, (which i was not aware of).

Also he said he will not be able to help me in this case and want me to talk to quicker people again. But talking to a helpful executive in quicker she advised me to mail the complaint to quicker and they will resolve this issue in next 48 hours. I request you to please take this damaged laptop back and replace it asap.

Request you to please look into the issue and resolve it asap as i need the laptop urgently.
