My plan details :
6 month plan , (40 Mbps ) and full money ( Rs 7583 ) was paid initially on 04/07/16 by cheque ..

My connection began from July 28th 2016 . from that day, I was complaining to your office staff that my maximum download speed is only below 5 Mbps at norman hours and daily evening from 5 ‘o clock my connecting speed is about 300kbps only , mostly it wont work at all. I had called to your supporting staff and technical members to solve my problem many times .

but they are just escaping from the issue. For many days it has not worked and they took more than a week to rectify the problem . It was like i should use my net only at times when it works . I could able to perform my office works at home .So i opted for mobile connection using a Datacard.

From the begining of the second month i concluded to cancel the connection . i had called more than 100 times to the above said members and i wasted my money and time . I am getting frustrated because of your idiotic network and working staff’s.

Due to your worst network connection and support I need to cancel my connection..
My connection was unplugged and taken over by an technical staff before the end of second month. So kindly process my request of cancellation and refund my remaining 4 month money ..

I am getting tensed and tortured by your irresponsible and illiterate ( fraud ) staff members .. so kindly take necessary action and refund my money very sooner.. reply ASAP
