I am Mohamed Nassar from Padmavathy Nagar Extn., Madambakkam, Chennai 600126, have applied for Raajnet Broadband connection on 24/12/16 and have paid vide Receipt # 23412. The Sales person JITHIN was assured to get connection within 3 days and have collected the documents… But, 11 days have elapsed nothing has happened. I am not getting proper response, when I contact the team/customer care each time different executives are picking the calls and telling me the different stories… My 1st attempt with Raajnet is VERY VERY POOR. I need to have my money to be refunded immediately in case if you could not provide connection withing 24 hours from now…
