I have paid 3 months broadband advance amount of ₹3102/- to raajnett on 18th jan. They said that I’ll get the connection within 1 week. But till date (march 19th) I did’nt get any connection. I called the customer care a number of times for getting the connection but they are the worst as they dont have answers to most of my questions. So I asked them to refund my amount for which they asked me to drop mail to their support team. I dropped a couple of mails to them since Feb 18th but I didn’t get a single reply from them and the customer care is again asking me to wait. Everytime I call them, I need to explain them from the beginning as they dont even have a ticketing system. even I asked them to transfer the call to higher official which they said they dont have any such kind. I saw so many people suffering the same from Raajnett. Kindly help me
