Im vignesh my raajnett user id is MVM1938…
I paid the bill last month 20 but due to server problems ..I didn’t get net for 5 days and u extended that for another five days…but after that also I didnt get net so I again complained to customer care they said there was a problem in connection box ..then it was resolved after 2 days …and the net came for another one day after that the net didn’t works…Again when I called they said the server box has to change…but still no one came and change the connection box…I informed many times still no one responding…So please stop my usage and refund the money 😡…I cant simply waste 800 rs without using internet
