Hi People,
Please dont go for this Raajnett internet broad band connection. I gave cheque for new connection in the month of January 30th 2016. Till now there is no connection/refund provided. Im from tambaram once in every month i go to their office which is located in MRC nagar. They give me stupid reasons stating the refund is ready and they were waiting for MD’s signature.
Instead of this they can carry plates in their hand and sit in front of Road/Temple.
Not even single guy is taking responsibilty of returning the money.
Did you get the refund, I am facing the same issue. No refund, no records in their database about the payment.
They used to call me a hundred times, telling me they can come anytime of my choice. after they got the cash they cannnot come, they cannot get refund, Nothing. Pathetic. So sad to see many peopel being fooled by Raajnett.
We also facing same issue.not only we both they cheated so many customer’s.So we are going to consumer court for apply case on raajnett. Please give a support for us.
All of us form a team and try to stop fraud network services.
