Dear sir,

I had placed a request for net connection sometime in feb last week. The representative was very responsive until the payment was made on 6th march, post that there is been no response from him.

Every time i inquire your customer care, the answer is we’ll resolve the issue in next couple of days. This approach is not agreeable at all.

I had dropped a mail to you on may 23rd and got the same response that our technical team will get in touch with you asap on may 25th.

So far i have not got any calls or intimation for that matter. I would like the amount to be refunded, i cannot wait infinitely on the request. If you don’t return the amount, i’ll have to raise a case in consumer court. Treat your customers properly. This attitude will for sure bring you down very soon. If you don’t want any further inconvenience better refund the amount or be ready to face the consequences.
