WORST CUSTMER SUPPORT – FREQUENT CONNECTION ISSUE

I took 3 months plan 1 Mbps unlimited but in total 41 days internet was disconnected from Raajnett end. I have raised this issue to their customer care by email([email protected]), not even a single reply came their end. I called to the customer support and raised the issue, even after 10 days also issue not got resolved.

Many time Internet was very slow, when I checked the speed it was just 0.1 Mbps.

This is my first experience with this kind of worst support guys. These people were total waste. There is no manager level staff with them in customer support to escalate the issue and get it resolved.

Not at all worth for the MONEY.
