A scooty model: Honda Activa 3G of Red colour was purchased from M/S.RACHEL MOTORS of Kalina, Near Luckythe Hotel, Santacruz(East) Mumbai-400029 on 26/12/2016 with a full payment of Rs. 65000/- by my daughter with assurance of providing complet documents within 30 days of purchase but the dealer has not issued the concern documents till yet even after passing 112 days. Despite Our continue followup he always turns his deaf ears and behaves roughly. He has to provide us following necessary documents :-
1. Sale letter with cash memo,
2. Supporting documents of the sold item,
3. User’s mannual/servicing mannual book,
4. Warranty mannual,
5. Rrgistration Book.
Due to not getting the Service mannual we are even unable to perform schddule servicing.
Grateful, if your kind honour to look the matter on priority basis and do the needful at your end.
