On January 8, 2024, I placed an online order for dry fruits, but I never received them, and my rupee 1007 payment was taken out.
I called the customer service number, and the person who answered asked me to download the Avvaldelk app. He advised me to do so while he was online, rather than hanging up the phone.
I ended the call because I thought it might be a scam or fraud.
Please assist me in getting my money back.
