Hi I had booked a flat at Ayana sector 79b Gurgaon. I paid 40 percent of the amount, the project has been cancelled and hence I asked for refund of money.
There consumer care personnel Kanika and Divya have been promising to return money for last 9 months, they have been giving me dates and promises which are just not kept. Mails and calls are simply ignored. Any suggestions
