i have ordered 3999 rs. phone which i saw in facebook advertisement . but, the product is not same as shown in advertisement.
when i receive the parcel the was fully Chinese manufactured and its quality is also so poor. and the mobile is damage not working.
now. i want to cancel order/return the parcel to sender [rahil impex/discount4india.com].
i want my money back. so, tell me how? dear sir refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will file case against you in consumer forum .
