Sir, This is WRT order placed through on line and supplied vide AWB
no.8626096097. At the time of confirming the online order booking,
your Mysore office personal (0821-3503080) informed me that the
supplier’s guarantee exists upto one year for replacement of the hand
set, in case defects are noticed. By agreeing to this condition only,
I confirmed the said order through them on 2.8.20. The said item along
with supplied accessories were received on 8.8.20 (10.10 hrs.) . While
using, I observed the following defects:
1. The head phone is not fixing to the handset glue properly and hence
the same is not working.
2. Though the RAM capacity printed in outer box is 2 GB, where as the
handset shows only 512 MB. With the result of lower capacity of RAM,
many of the applications, I tried to install through Google Play Store
could not be installed with the message that there is insufficient
space on the device.
3. The box indicates the OS as Android 7.0, but the hand set containes
is having only 5.1.
4. Total space available 512 MB where as, it suppose to be 16 GB ROM
as printed in the box.
5. I am not much interested in the selfie stick (Mini mono pod) &
other extra accessories
and I don’t bother even if it is not supplied.
6. The battery supplied with the set is too tight to sit in its place
and hence removal is quite disturbing.
7. The outlook finising is also very rough which is not matching to
the product printed in the box (made in China)
8. There may be some more defects, which I did not notice within a day or two.
Without getting it replaced, I feel that I am an aggrieved
customer who paid an amount of Rs.3999.
In these circumstances, I humbly request you to replace the entire
handset with at least 2 GB RAM and also the good head phone which
suits to the handset. I look forward for your early reply & suitable
replacement. I shall send back the entire items .through the E.com
express on hearing from you, early. In case,this is not possible ,
then please arrange to refund my moneyback through MO to the address
you have already as I don’t have online banking.
I have been compelled to write to this complaint due to the defects
observed in the hand set and some of its accessories supplied/received
today (8.8.20).
