I have never seen a more reckless company than Railrestro. Meals was delivered to Gooty Station at 8.30 p.m.after I placed a prepaid order at 7:44 p.m.

didn’t get the meal. 25–30 calls with no satisfactory answer.

I’m suffering here, manager, I’m sleeping at home. Need to wait a full day to speak with the manager. Refunds must be waited for three to five business days.

Delivery is not possible at the next station. Are you a fan of CUST? Contentment? Out of ten, we are unable to deliver two orders every day, an agent stated. 20% of orders are missed, and you consider yourself a company? On my face, agents are disconnecting my phone. Nobody on the floor is capable of handling my issue.

If this had happened in any other nation, the business would have to apologize, but this is India, my friend.

Customer service, satisfaction, customer value, and timeliness are all nonexistent. Please, Indian Railways, do not permit such frauds to be used for in-train meal delivery.

Once they have your money, these guys don’t reply. Due to COD, three additional people received food.
