This is to inform you that selecting RAJESH TRAVELS resulted in the worst experience possible.
I have made reservations for travel to Kovvuru on June 29, 2024, with lodging at TC Palya.
In addition, I called them four times without getting a response, and the bus driver hasn’t called to confirm or notify me of my location.
When I asked them if I had a reservation as soon as I saw the bus, they said, “This is not your bus; check for another,” and they left me, leaving me with about 600 MTRS.
They answered the phone when I called them again and said, “Come front and board.”
What kind of actions did the other guy and this driver take?
What happens if I miss my appointment in my town? Who will foot the bill?
Driver’s behavior was the worst—extremely arrogant.
We have faith in Rajesh’s judgment, but situations like these will make it harder for me and my friends to use.
Both need to be addressed, and I need to be verified.
