I got issued a Titanium Business Card back in Feb-2017, with a clear instruction to bank representative (Laxemi), to ensure a payment instruction of 100% of outstanding balance at the end of each month. To my surprise the instruction wasn’t implemented, minimum payment of 100 AED was deducted only and interest against remaining amounts started accumulating!

Furthermore, the phone banking service is useless and unhelpful. Phone banking is wasting valuable time by listening to commercials, long list of options that doesn’t serve the call purpose and no option to talk to a representative.

As a result, I have canceled the credit card and will make sure not to get a credit card with this bank again!
