Sir,
I would like to submit you that my name is Sunita Negi, and I worked in Miniistry of Health under Randstad India Ltd from 10 Sep 2012 to 31 Mar 2014 and after that my company was changed to GA Digital Web Word Pvt Ltd from 01 Apr 2014 onwards. I resigned from the job on 28 Aug 2015.
I applied for my pf withdrawal on 28 Jun 2016, but the same was not processed by the PF Office, Dilshad Garden as during the transfer of my pf amount from Randstad India Limited (pf No. TNMAS00357910000306355) to GA Digital Web World Pvt Ltd (pf No. DSSHD00289380000012938) the pf amount of Shri Chandra Prakash having pf No. DSSHD00289380000012983 was also transferred into my account. The pf office, Dilshad Garden was unable to process my claim untill you do not solve the above problem through mail or any other medium.

Sir you are therefore, kindly requested to do the needful as soon as possible as I am facing heavy financial crisis.
