Rappo – Asking for credentials

I had outstanding amount to pay for my previous order which was miscalculated by them. When i cleared the amount and tried ordering again, i was again asked to pay outstanding amount. I contacted customer support and informed about this, a lady called me and asked me to share my phone number and password. She has even sent me message through customer support chat. How can someone ask for customers credentials directly? Strict action has to be taken.

* Write Rappo in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Rappo.
