I was working from home when a parcel came and my mom recieved it. It was COD. Upon seeing the parcel myself i saw that i had never ordered that product from anywhere and now i have no where to report it to. Its delhivery who delivered i. I tried reaching the delhivery customer service and they have denied any help whatsoever. I have paid for the products and now i have no way to return it back because the seller doesnt even exist. I have raised a ticket to delhivery as well. The delivery guy is not a scammer because he is the only one who brings all delhivery partner and is a trusted guy. Its rashanbox people who are doing a scam. Please help me out

I have never placed an order with the brand or company Rashanbox private limited . There were two parcels under my name . I paid for both parcels then I realised I have never ordered from this brand . They have sent me disgusting two small bottles with cheap labels . And I have paid Rs 700 for this . Now there’s nowhere I can file a complaint Because there is no app and no sender .
Please guide me how I can return this product and my money back .
