“rashmi naigaon star city” for their worst, fraudulent and dishonest business. More than 8 years now still no possession. Thereafter, no cancellation refund!

I had booked and paid for a flat in the year aug 2011 with rashmi star city, phase v, juchandra, naigaon. They promised to give possession till 2014 which they did not fulfilled.

Till now we had paid them a sum of 10 lakhs already. So frustrated and tortured by them late in the year 2019 after several requests they agreed to do cancellation in aug 2019.

After cancellation paperwork, they asked and borrowed 5 months time to make the refund with a cash and 3 cheques payment.

Now rashmi builders is not giving us the money back even after cancellation and repeatedly ignoring us. We have made several calls and visits. Mr sunil, who is their representative either doesn’t talk or ask us to come back later giving some vague reasons everytime.
