I got a call from Rashtriya Kaushal Vikas Nigam. As the stated that i have been selected for a semi govt job and for further process i need to give an exam for which a fee of Rs. 1645, which I paid after they sent an email for the same via the email id – [email protected]
After the exam on the website, I received an email that I have cleared the exam and for civil verification I have to pay another Rs 4780 and submit some documents. Which was a cover charge for the authenticity.
This was alarming but the site seemed genuine and the conversation seemed to be legit.
A few days later, i again got a call asking for dispatch of the offer letter for the job at Gurgaon location. They asked for another fee of Rs 2750 for the courier delivery by 28th September. I stated that the charges were too high for a courier but i was already down with a significant amount and the website seemed so legit that fell for it.
