I got a call in the name of rashtriya koushal vikas Nigam and they sent a mail from the mail placed in website stating to pay 1265 for exam after few days 4675 rupees they asked for civil verification and 2785 for courier charges.They even reply from official mail placed .how can this be possible.please provide the refund
