I paid for purchase online of various dry fruits. Amount of Rs 1894 was paid by me via HDFC credit card on 18 11 2021. Even after six months the ordered dry fruits have not been delivered. Despite complaint earlier, no action seems to have been taken.
On receipt of this complaint, I request you to take suitable action for delivery of quality dry fruits within a week or refund the amount without any hesitation. So far why no action has been taken remains a mystery to me.
