On 09.10.2020 I have used sbi debit card for rechage of dish tv of vsc no.02534930011 for three months with dishtv.rechargecube.in but no action taken by Rcube planet pvt.ltd to recharge .on enquirin dish tv reported that they have not received the money.But sbi passbook entry dated 09.10.2020 relates that Rs.1050.00 was sent to rechargecube vide txn# no.028370032121.when complained to Rcube they first stated that details invalid.but when bank details sent they are heeping quite.I 77 years old senior citizen.please take action so that I may get money back
