Hello,

Myself Sandeep.Shetty. I have invested in a 1RK flat in building no.19 in the township project “Liberty Horizon, Karjat Taluka”. The location of the project is in Kothimbe gaon(Karjat). During the initial payment in the year 2010, the builder’s sales team assured us that we would be given possession of flats within 2-3 years.

I have been following up with the builder’s team throughout and I am given false commitments each time. Now it’s been more than 4years delay then the actual possession time and still waiting.

In the process, I had to switch 3 banks for home loans. The reason being, bank didn’t want the loan to be kept on hold for so long for disbursement. Currently my loan is running through DHFL bank, CBD Belapur branch. The Pre-Emi has already started. More than 60-70% payment is already made to the builder.

The builder has not yet registered the project under RERA. Now they are not reachable. They also have a website which is not been updated . The phone numbers on the website don’t work. You can try calling on any of the number’s.
There are many people like me who invested in this project and are awaiting possession, I have the name & contacts. If you need that, I can provide you.

The only hope is the consumer court, so that I can get my hard earned money back.
