There is a real estate boker name PRAMOD KUMAR SINGH [Mobile:9766093578] in HADAPSAR area. Just wanted to make sure no one else should come into his trap.
Till the time you have not paid money, he will keep saying yes sir…yes sir. Once money is into his hand, he will show his original color.
He will not do anything simple ask you to move from one location to other and keep delaying.
The kind of rough attitude he is having is really awkward. When I asked him about TENANT POLICE VERIFICATION process, he answered IF I [Tenant]
could get police verification done without him then he will pay 5000/-. He said no police around HADAPSAR area will do tenant police verification without bribe.
He is literally making fum of pune police.When I disagree to that then he used rough language. The kind of word he was using for PUNE police and
behavior towards tenant is really awful.I would suggest everyone reading this message to SKIP BROKER while searching home.
