Hello all,
Beware of this fraudster mr. Ganesh khamkar who is in the name of land purchase has cheated lacs of rupees from us. I along with few of my family friends collectively have given him lacs of rupees in march 2017 for which he was supposed to make the land registration latest by august 2017 (5 months). But till date we have been following up with this cheat to get the registration papers. Every time we make a call he is either unavailable or has a new excuse to delay the process. I am fed up with this guy and have considered to take legal action against him. His fb page suggests he is still in the process of fooling people in name of land purchase. Please do not fall into his trap!
