REAL SALES INFRA took part at the Dubai Property Exhibition in 2012, where I booked a 1 BHK flat in their AWAS VIVA project which is in Panvel, Maharashtra. I was promised that the project will be completed in 2 – 3 years’ time. The total amount for the flat was approx. 17 lakh rupees which I was offered to pay as per the slab contruction. Luckily, I did not do that for 2 years after which I came to know that the project is not progressing. I tried to get in touch with the builder but no luck. I had paid 2.5 lakh rupees as the booking amount which the people physically available at their site office told I will get back. But now their site office is also closed and they are also not available on phone or email. Please assist is getting some information about this and help me to get my booked amount back asap as its already more than 6+ years now. Along with me, my mother, uncle and aunty have also booked a flat there and thy also want to receive their paid amounts asap. Your help will be highly appreciated. Currently, they promised that after 15th Jan 2019 they will start giving back our money partly. But now all emails and contact numbers are blocked. So, how do we contact them. Please help us in this issue.
