I ordered a dress material from online site ShopClues. The product was to be delivered by 5th of december. However, today (28/11/2017) afternoon i got a call from a number. The truecaller details showed it as a no.from Haryana (shopClues office is in haryana) . The person confirmed my home address and email id followed by the details of my product that i ordered from shopclues. All the details he told were correct. After that, the person told that i have won a tata sumo car from a lucky draw because i shopped from shopclues. I replied that i am not at all interested in any lucky draw contest. His reply just shocked me. He asked some sexually explicit things to me . Someone else from behind was also telling him to ask me that. I could not hear such things further for any second and disconnected. The phone no. Was : 01244414888 .
How can a online site share details of customers this way and harrass the customer? This is matter of concern. please look after it immediately.
