I had recharged my BSNL connection number 9435300894 by debit card on 30.08.21 but it has not been recharged till today. Neither money has been refunded. No one responded though I’ve sent 3 complaints. This is total fraud and it should be immediately penalized. I had recharged for urgent purpose which is also not served. Am I waiting essay here that I have to write 350 words ? Is it not another harrasment for people…
