I am Thomas K P and I had recharged for my bsnl preplanned mobile number 9496059421 with 201 RS ,( TOTAL 212 RS including service charge). Transaction ID 25449084. But this amount is not recharged in bsnl mobile and instead in my mail [email protected] a message came now that the amount recharged in my vodafone mobile with number 9539589421.But this amount not recharged in vodafone mobile also. So please check where the amount has gone.
