I done recharge of amount 1101 on my jio number on 15 feb 2019. Till today there is no amount reversal in my account nor recharge completed. Money was deducted from my account and i also write this to there in their care email id but still no response from their side. This is a total fake site i will sue you guys in consumer court only way to escape is return my money within 20 days.

I have paid a sum of Rs. 1,048/- (998 + 50) for recharging my mobile No. BSNL 9443035865 for my son’s online class on 04.05.2021 morning around 7 – 8 am the payment made by net banking it shows successful and my bank says the amount is debited from my account but now the time is 9.30 am still this second i can’t get any message from BSNL then I contact with the BSNL customer care they are saying there is no such 998 plan for 270 days 2GB/day so please refund the said amount to the sender’s account as earliest. This is not a genuine business please think of the people in this pandemic situation they are struggling to meet out their day to day activities there are so many ways to earn money please we earned this amount by three days job, we have no money to recharge for my son’s online class. please don’t hesitate this
I have recharged my cousin # Airtel # 7358037362 ,Rs 555 +28 total 583 through recharge cube site .
I have recharged for Airtel # and they have given me invoice for jio .
And there is no person responding please hlp me take y refund
