I am Monoj Kumar Guinand i had recharged for my JIO preplanned mobile number 7001570735 with Rs.2171(including service charge)on 02/12/2021 on order ID-25365941 through my debit card.But the amount is failed to recharge.and till date this amount is not refund or credit
in my account.
please take initiative to refund the same amount as early as possible
