Recruitmentsolution.co.in Compliant against JOB recruitment agency
Dear Sir,
I wish to lodge a complaint against the online JOB recruitment scam in which I was cheated very recently.
In search of better prospects, I posted my updated resume on a popular job portal.
On 04.01.2019 I received a call from a Firm, a so called Recruitment Solution which has a registered website called www.recruitmentsolution.co.in
I received a call from the mobile number +91 8447493978 who mentioned his name as Mr Prakash Mehra and asked me to register through online to provide the Job assistance.
As per his direction, I logged to the above-mentioned web site and made the payment of Rs 12,390/- on 4th January, 2019 through net banking to register self to get the Job assistance from the said firm. The said amount was inclusive of 18% GST as mentioned by the person and the website at the time of payment.
Later after they (Recruitment Solution) receiving the registration amount of Rs. 12,390/- , the call was then connected to one Mr. Anurag Saxena of the same firm who then asked me to make further payment of Rs. 31,624/- inclusive GST 18% towards a specific category of top management jobs. Eventhough I protested, he convinced me to make the payment which they require as guarantee for processing my application and the same would be refunded on confirmation and my acceptance of the new job. He has taken the names of few top companies in India and abroad who were supposedly looking for top management vacancies to be filled and which suited my profile.
On 7th January 2019, Mr Prakash Mehra from Recruitment Solution called me and said that, a telephonic interview with the HR Head of a particular Company was fixed on 10th January, 2019 at 11.30 AM. All the while all communication was happening over telephone calls and nothing in writing, to which I insisted that I need to receive formally by email. To which, I received a simple invite to attend to the interview from them. I then enquired if the interview was to be over the phone or face to face, to which there wasn’t any response. I got suspicious and enquired through a contact with the HR of the suggested Company and realized that the Company never engages any 3rd party for their recruitment and everything is done inhouse.
I then contacted Prakash Mehra and informed him that I do not wish to take this any further as I do not believe in their credibility and insisted that they refund the total amount paid by me. Even though he tried his best to avoid my demand, finally relented and mentioned that he would check with his account Dept. and let me know. After repeated follow up, he sent a statement mentioning the amount received by them and the refundable amount after deducting the GST and additional amount citing as processing fee. He said that it will take 15 to 20 day’s time to refund the entire amount, as it is their company policy and to process for refund of payment. It’s been more than 2 months and after repeated reminders have not received the promised refund. My calls to the above number often goes without any response, and for the last 1 week, get to hear the switched off message.
Request you to please register a complaint on these frauds and take punitive action by suspending their fraud channels including the aforementioned portal and related activities. Hope with your help I would get my money back and also help stop other unsuspecting candidates from getting duped of their hard-earned money.
