Red bus is not at all professional service. I (9533285555) was trying to book tickets from ravulapalem to hyderabad and payment made but tickets were not booked.
1st Issue: I receive a message saying that dont worry we will book the tickets and we will get back to you in 15 min but the worst part is I did not get the call in one hour also.

2nd Issue: I have called customer to book my tickets and they said we cant book but we will refund. I dont know the reason but I feel deceived.

3rd Issue: I have only 1300 rupees before I booked my ticket and now I dont have money to book ticket and I dont have any one to help me in ravulapalem.

Question: Red bus want me to wait in ravulapalem untill they refund my money and book tickets and goto hyderabad?
