RedBus – booking issue

Hello this is my ticket details. we had a booking from Gorakhpur to Mumbai. Bus operator dropped my family at Indore and saying we have a halt of 6 hours. But while booking nothing was mentioned. I called at bus operators along with red bus customer care but I haven’t got any help. We have to do waiting around 6 hours. Either that information should be given prior before booking then would have done any other source to book. Red bus customer care saying because of maintenance it is stopped but bus operator saying they have a halt. Where the halt is given there is no facility provided by bus operators.
6k we are spending not for that. Help me asap

  1. Hello this is our Ticket Details No TR3V79587956. We had booking for my client Akanksha, GOA to Mumbai on 26th Feb 2022 at 9.30 pm. My client reached at 9.10 on Mapusa Rickshow Stand and wait for 45 min she was try to connect bus operator but not any response, Bus not found after that we try to bus operator then they told we are wait for 10min and call on your mobile but your mobile not reachable but I know they are laying because I am in range that time and I connect with my client also. After few min my client take another bus own. What will do sir my client want to refund then I must to pay all amount to my client because of journey not done by our booking. So I request to full refund amount of my client as soon as possible.
