Wrong route bus details are provided. And bus driver dropped the passenger in middle of journey, I have booked the ticket from redubs for my sister and nephew but rebus provide wrong bus details. It cause inconvenience for my sister since the bus driver drooped her in middle of journey at stranger place. I called redubs customer care for same and requested to arrange some other vehicle but they refused. Redubs should take the responsibility in such cases because there was a lady traveling with 2 kids. Requested to take strict action against redubs and should refund all money with high penalty charges. So they should take care for next time.
