Purchased a smartphone which is a refurbished item on the 12th of Jan, 2022. On the 15th i got an email saying that my order is on the way. Till now, no sign of the phone.
I have already made the payment. Several emails were sent but no one responded. The number is also wrong. The website looks so tempting and is designed in a manner to lure customers.
Please comment if anyone else has encountered this problem. I keep checking for the status of the order and it says, no order information is available. There are so many options available on the website.
The reviews are also added which makes the site look so real. Beware, users. Don’t get fooled. I can’t even apply for a refund. They have not given me the tracking number of the order.
Everyday I send them emails but there is no response. Kindly help me to punish these online scammers and get my money back. I have paid Rs. 2799/- for a oppo smartphone.
I either want the smartphone or my full amount refund. The website mentioned on Google search engine is refurbished-bazaar.com. Of lately, the emails are bouncing back. The phone number is a wrong number.
