This is regarding the fraud done by the online adv company namely releasemyad.com, taking money online for release of adv in newspaper but didnot published. I booked an adv for released in danik Bhaskar on 16 th July , the add I’d is 1321507. This add didnot got published on the desired date and when I asked for refund money didnot got any response.l for several days. I complaint on customer care and they told me to get response within 48 hrs but no response at all and finally when I called on again they told me my add has been published and screenshot has been sent to me on 31st July. After checking the mail I found there is no such mail sent to me Again I called back to them and then he forward my call to concerned person the lady told me the same thing that mail has been sent to me , after request she sent it again and again there was no such mail . I called her back and this time she got irritated and cut down the phone . I want action to be taken against these fraud customer care executives namely Zahid and the lady name I forgot who have been trained to fool customer and know how to waste their time n money and the misbehave done by them by not trying to solve the problem else cutting the phone in between. Plz take strict action against such fraud online company who fools people and make money. I want my refund amount of 6426 rs back with compensation of the mental harrassment faced all these days.
