I have enrolled in two courses of Relevel.com, marketing, and sales team lead to make me believe that I will be able to do both and see recordings and do the classes easily, but after enrolling I found out that, live classes are compulsory to take. I am doing my best to do the course but unfortunately, exams are at the same time also and rescheduling is not possible so I do not know how to manage, not get a reply to my number of emails. One reply I got is that How I can not take both the exam and one chance loose for the one that I am unable to give. Very shady policy and would like to take this matter forward to consumer court. Please let me know what to do.
