Dear sir
I’m a reliance big TV customer and my connection no is 200636005060
From last 1month my reliance big TV channels are not telecasting.. I have been trying to contact the customer care no.. 18002009001 but there is no response.. I have downloaded their App and lodged a complaint in that complaint no is 258692853..nobody has attended to the problem but it is showing the Complaint has been closed.. Now I don’t know what to do…
It’s giving me a real mental torture..
