Relaince Broadband – False connection and False Bill

Hi Reliance Team,

I am registering a compaint as I am really annoyed by your customer care department. I am getting a bill to my adress for false number (8010863330) which I am not using and have never used it before. Some months back I bought a new connection and using it and paying the bills of it on a monthly basis but I am getting another bill on my name for “False connection” (8010863330) which I am not using.
I have talked to your customer care department on phone and have been to Reliance web world about this issue and told them to terminate this number and dont send me the bill again but I am still getting their bills for “False connection”. Kindly take an immediate action on the same else I will register FIR against RCIL as I am really anoyed by getting bill of false connection.

Kindly terminate this number (8010863330) and dont send me the bill again.
