What the hell is this ? Evryday u deduct money for the services that i m not subscribed…! Even I use this for my dongle only. Any other network nvr behave like this. I use airtel my phne and they never chrgd additional chrges for the services that i m not deal with.

I kindly request reliance to deactivate vas ussd services and not to deduct money from my gsm no. 9015255161. I never activated this services. Please deactivate as soon as possible

I dont know how Reliance can do such a crap with a customer. When i tried to reach customer care they are always busy. Such a poor service…. Never expected..
Please do not deduct anymore as i havent activated to such services.

everyday i am seeing i get a message as amount charged 3.00. Sometimes it is 30.00. i really dont know what the hell i had request for. I have even deactivated the VAS services but still it is getting dedcuted.
Never will come again to reliance network. A big big hats off.
Reliance is certanily involved in fraudulent transactions. I was using tata indicom from past 8 years. Recently shifted to reliance and within 2 months I come to know their service level. And those fraudlent transaction. Even the transaction is so tactfully mapped. They will never attend the phone call. Trap the innocent person within automated replies. Tata is ethical.
